Designing B2B
AI experiences
people can trust.

How I think about product design
Enterprise software is where most people spend their working hours — and most of it is hostile, cluttered, or quietly indifferent. My job is the opposite: to make the system legible, earn trust in the interface, and leave room for the human on the other side of it.
Principle 01
Transparency is the product
Especially with AI. Every agent action should leave a trace a human can review, override, or learn from.
Principle 02
Design the handoff, not the hero moment
The interesting surface isn't the AI doing its job — it's the moment it hands off to a person. That's where trust is built or lost.
Principle 03
Numbers are the brief
Response time, adoption, ticket volume — these aren't vanity metrics, they are the actual design spec.
Principle 04
Systems over screens
I work on the underlying model — objects, states, permissions, edge cases — before I touch a pixel.
Awards, publications and the occasional podium.
A handful of international design competitions and peer-reviewed robotics UX research along the way. I only list things I can speak to with specifics.
